usage : Add approx 1 large cup of magnesium salt to bath water and aggitate until dissolved. Relax and enjoy the healing benefits of this magnesium miracle. Up to 1 kg of salt can be added to a bath for maximum benefits.
Alternativly : for use directly on body. Combine a 50% magnesium salt with 50% warm water and dissolve fully. Apply to skin and allow to dry, wash off or brush off salt dust after approx 20 minutes.
If you experience tingling sensations on the skin, the mixture ratio may be to strong. To counter this, further dilute the mixture with warm water.
